$60 If all transcripts come from institutions within Canada (includes applicants applying to attend UVic as a visiting student on a "Letter of Permission"*).
$100 If any transcripts come from institutions outside of Canada (includes applicants applying to attend UVic as a visiting student on a "Letter of Permission"*).
$35 Late Application Fee is charged in addition to the appropriate application fee when the application is received after the published deadline.
*Applicants applying to attend UVic as a visiting student on a "Letter of Permission" are assessed the application fee based on the source of the "Letter or Permission."
Application fees are non-refundable and cannot be applied to tuition fees. Fees are subject to change without notice.
Our online application form requires the use of one of the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard, or VISA.
Paper applications may be submitted with an American Express, MasterCard or VISA credit card number or with a cheque, money order, or bank draft. Cheques should be made payable to the University of Victoria. DO NOT SUBMIT CASH.
