Bursaries

  • Students may be considered for the following bursaries by completing the general bursary application. Only one application is necessary to be considered for all bursaries.

 

Pacific Association for Recreating the Middle Ages Bursary

Value: $250 | Number: 1

A bursary of $250 is awarded to a student entering 4th year of the Medieval Studies program.

Scholarships, Medals and Prizes

Entrance

  • Requires Entrance Scholarship Application

 

There are no Entrance Scholarships specific to Medieval Studies

 

In-Course

  • Requires In Course Scholarship Application

 

There are no In Course Scholarships that require application specific to Medieval Studies

 

  • In-Course Scholarship - No Application Required

 

Applications from students are NOT required for scholarships listed in this section.

Unless otherwise indicated, recipients are selected by the Senate Committee on Awards upon the recommendations of the Department of Medieval Studies.

These scholarships are governed by the general regulations for scholarships, medals and prizes.

Scholarships marked with an asterisk (*) are administered by the University of Victoria Foundation.

* THE FRIENDS OF MEDIEVAL STUDIES SCHOLARSHIP

One or more scholarships are awarded to outstanding students entering Year 4 in the Medieval Studies program. Preference will be given to a student majoring in Medieval Studies.

 

* THE MEDIEVAL STUDIES FACULTY SCHOLARSHIP

One or more scholarships are awarded to outstanding students entering Year 4 in the Medieval Studies program. Preference will be given to a student majoring in Medieval Studies. Selection will be made by the Senate Committee on Awards upon the recommendation of the Director of Medieval Studies.
